We’re all up in Newcastle rehearsing for our tour which starts in Glasgow on Saturday… the main challenge of this email is how to flesh it out enough beyond the pretty self-descriptive title… erm… struggling to be honest…
If you’re feeling benevolent or don’t like competitions then you could just buy a ticket:
So… if you’d like to win a pair of tickets to a gig just do the following:
Email your name and the answer to the following question to music@littlecomets.com, also remember to tell us which gig you’d like to come to.
The question is:
Hypothetically if one of us had a son, what would he be called:
a) George
b) Naughty Naughty
c) Dionisio
Can’t make it much easier than that…

Hiya,
So…. we’ve just finished recording and are happy to let you know that we’ll be releasing a new EP on May 28th.
It’s going to be entitled “Jennifer and other short stories” and the tracklisting will be as follows:
Jennifer
Violence Out Tonight
Bridge Burn
Language is Over
We’ll be letting you hear little clips and telling how you can go about legally downloading it over the next couple of weeks.
In the meantime a) we’re on tour in just over a week so you could come and see us, b) the EP artwork is below if you’d like a preview and c) listen to Shelter From the Storm by Bob Dylan.
That’s it, thanks for reading and that.
Rob, Mickey and Matt

as mentioned previously we have recorded a really quiet free version of “waiting in the shadows….”
you can download this now by CLICKING HERE!!!
(you may need to right click and ‘save as’ to download!)
Ah Hello
Sorry that we haven’t been in touch for a while but a combination of doing lots of bits of writing and recording, dealing with some emotional turmoil and (presently) a really nasty case of bad throats has absolutely gotten in the way.
But yeah, no point in going into all the grizzly details… luckily we’ve managed to fit some tangible things in between our travails…. we’ve finished the new EP which will be a lead track with then a few little short stories attached to it…. it is busy being mixed and mastered presently so barring any obstacles rattling along it should be ready for our april tour…
In the lead up to this we’ve done a couple of nice videos and really quiet free version of “waiting in the shadows….” to let you have a little listen…. also, we’ve finally sorted who is going to be joining us on the tour… we’ll be announcing that in the next couple of weeks.
That’s it really, we just would like to remind you of the dates for APRIL… tickets are closing in so in some cases you might have to be quick….

‘Allo,
Firstly, we wanted to thank everyone who came to the Newcastle gig on Saturday night – it was a really special one for us and a pretty emotional evening, hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
Following on from this we can actuarily announce our first gig of 2012…. it will be at the Borderline in London on the 7th February as part of the HMV Next Big Thing extravaganza. It is a pretty small venue so should be an energetic and intimate show, alongside our good friends General Fiasco!
Tickets cost £10 and are available here. It’ll be our last London show until April in Scala so get yourselves along!
Finally, a little cheeky reminder that our EP is out on iTunes this week, AND also keep checking the facebook as we’re giving away some special items for Christmas to help raise dollar for Shelter.
Take care,
Matt, Mickey and Rob

hey everyone, i know we have an EP out this week but we’ll be starting our 12 days of christmas tomorrow (this year’s advent calendar). any questions please ask, day one will be tomorrow (14th) and we’ll announce it at 8am… x PLEASE READ THIS>>>> http://www.justgiving.com/Little-Comets
It’s very cold this morning…
….so we thought we’d send you a quick email about our last proper gig of the year. There are only 6 shopping days left before the gig at NORTHUMBRIA UNIVERSITY on SATURDAY 10th DECEMBER and you can get your tickets HERE…
We’ve been rehearsing the new songs so it’ll be pretty exciting to play them back home. The last gig in Newcastle was really special so hopefully this one will be as good.
Just in case you can’t come we thought we’d let you know that we’ve designed a new little t-shirt for Worry which you can have a look at by following this link…
OK that’s all, no doubt we’ll bother you later in the week about the EP release and that
x
